Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions: 1. The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and in its original packaging as well as attached to the original purchase receipt. 2. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase. 3. Accessories should be returned with its original box, placed inside a parcel box when being shipped. 4. Kuwait & GCC customers will pay for shipping/delivery fees which be calculated based on area/country. 5. Console games must be returned without opening, opened games will not be returned and are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
