How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using your KNET, Visa/MasterCard (No Diners Club or AMEX) or Cash on Delivery (Kuwait Only)


Will I get discount when ordering large quantities?
There will be no additional discounts for larger quantities.


Can I see the items somewhere? Do you have showrooms?
As an online shopping community we don’t have showrooms, You can be assured that our Website/App will give you extensive item descriptions and you can always contact us and ask questions about a specific item and we will do our very best to assist you.


Can I cancel or modify my orders?
As long as the order is not packed yet, you can contact us and we will assist you.


How do I place an order?
Through our iPhone App, Android App & Website/App. When you place an order, you will receive an email from us to confirm the order has been made. This mail will contain the order number, along with other details concerning your order In case of missing / incomplete information our customer service team member will contact you to complete the information.

Which Currency is accepted?
We accept the local currency of your country (Except Oman); Saudi Riyal, Qatari Riyal, UAE Dirhams, Bahraini Dinars, and Kuwaiti Dinars.


Is online payment by credit card secured?
All our online credit card payments are secured and encrypted.


How much will delivery cost?
Kuwait KD2 for all areas in Kuwait. GCC For GCC there will be a shipping fee through our partners Aramex, the rate of shipping will be calculated based on the product dimensions/weight and country of shipping and shown at the last payment page. GCC customers “might” in some occasions pay customs fees upon delivery that is extra and will be paid directly to Aramex upon delivery. Customs fees is extra on top of the original sell price and shipping and only will be known after the item clears custom in the delivery country.


How long for my item to arrive?
Kuwait 48 hours max GCC 7 working days.


Exchange and Returns

Exchange and Returns items?
Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions: 1. The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and in its original packaging as well as attached to the original purchase receipt. 2. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase. 3. Accessories should be returned with its original box, placed inside a parcel box when being shipped. 4. Kuwait & GCC customers will pay for shipping/delivery fees which be calculated based on area/country. 5. Console games must be returned without opening, opened games will not be returned and are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
